# /smile ON OUR INFRASTRUCTURE — STATUS (2026-08-22)

The full ClearChoice + Aspen /smile experience running end-to-end on infrastructure WE control:
real TAG Next.js apps cloned into **our bb-gitlab** (http://localhost:8929 — clearchoice-marketing 247 commits, aspen-marketing 1099 commits), serving pages from **our BB Contentful** (org `034bKO1Gtz7FI3HAgzdx6j`), authored/mirrored to the blessed Warby northstar (https://warby-ux-preview.clearchoice-web-demo.pages.dev), proven headed in real Chrome (launchNoSteal, secondary display, 0 focus steals).

## 1. What was built into BB Contentful

### ClearChoice — BB space `65d977qqnrxh`, env `Testing`
- **52 published `experience` entries** (live CDA count 2026-08-22, `/tmp/bb-cc-slugs.json`) — the complete TAG mirror PLUS the BB-authored northstar /smile page set (home `smile`, `cc-scheduler-v2`, `bb-atom/scheduler-location-pinned`, `first-look`, `bb-lp/second-opinion|same-day-teeth|understand-cost|full-mouth-restoration|free-consultation|implants-consult-paid-search|affordable-implants-financing|denture-switcher`, `why-clearchoice`, GBB set `dental-implants-services/essential|endura`, `v2/dental-implants-services/endura-elite`, `solutions/single-tooth-implant|implant-bridges|implant-dentures`, `what-are-dental-implants`, `smile/find-a-center`, 404, plus TAG legacy/test pages).
- **40 published assets** — TAG 40 == BB 40, identical `sys.id`s; all `unboundValues` image/video URLs repointed `ctfassets.net/o18sjj64fexz` → `/65d977qqnrxh`.
- **224 total published entries** (all content types) in the space.
- **Mirror ledger (CC):** `/tmp/recon-cc/MANIFEST.json` — TAG source space `o18sjj64fexz` env Testing; 53 TAG experiences ↔ BB; 124 linked entries in the blessed set, 78 published in BOTH spaces (all published in BB); byte-identity verified after URL normalization on sampled entries (`bbCcSmileFindACenter`, `RiyXZYURNkVyOGx28bUIm`, `2jTtUZtlAO9V6TZADaDSLm`).
- Northstar authoring provenance: tasks #3154–#3273 (per-page visual-fidelity gate + independent skeptic), fidelity proof dirs `~/tag-docs/cc-*-fidelity-20260821/`.

### Aspen Dental — BB space `sg5uvpm9m9k5`, env `Testing`
- **12 published `experience` entries** (live CDA count, `/tmp/bb-aspen-slugs.json`): `smile` (homepage, componentTree 409,434 chars), `smile/dentures|implants|checkup|emergency|tooth-replacement|clear-aligners|find-an-office|insurance-financing`, `bb-lp/tooth-pain|denture-repair|understand-cost`.
- **42 published assets** (36 mirrored this run + 6 residual mints), all re-uploaded into our space and published (v2), URLs repointed `m8zwsu9tyucg` → `sg5uvpm9m9k5`.
- **Mirror ledger (Aspen):** `/tmp/build-aspen/ledger.jsonl` (95 ops) + `/tmp/build-aspen/mirror-run2.log` + proof `/tmp/build-aspen/PROOF.json` — ENTRIES: 30 created, 1 updated (smile → rev 3), 1 identical-skipped, 31 published; asset ops 36 + 6 residual mints + 9 residual entry repoints; `tagSpaceUrlResidue: 0` on smile / dentures / understand-cost; live asset probe 200 on `images.ctfassets.net/sg5uvpm9m9k5/7cyQapLiCxgI7k8mKOn6ou/...`.
- Honest exclusion (ledger line 1, verbatim): `{"op":"content_type-blocked","types":["adFooter","footerNavigationGroup","navigationLink"],"reason":"usageExceeded 403 (space content-type quota, 49 existing)"}` → 11 entries of those types excluded (`entry-excluded-ct-quota` × 11).

Constraint honored: all CMA writes serialized on the single rate-limited BB token (bb-replica-cma, ≤7 req/s); CC and Aspen lanes never wrote concurrently. `master` env deliberately left EMPTY — Testing populated first per instruction; mirror-to-master not attempted (time).

## 2. Render proof (headed real Chrome, launchNoSteal, secondary display, 0 focus steals)

All captures full-page and IHDR-verified unclipped (pngH == scrollHeight). Machine verdicts: `/tmp/cc-prove-results.json`, `/tmp/cc-prove-sched.json`, `~/smile-ideal-our-env/captures/aspen/prove-results.json|prove2-results.json|prove3-results.json`. Walk scripts: `/tmp/cc-prove-walk.mjs`, `/tmp/cc-prove-sched.mjs`, `/tmp/prove-aspen-smile.mjs` etc.

0 failed network requests on every page. Known benign console noise: VWO-SDK "Feature not found for the key: cc_family_of_brands_footer_hide" (feature-flag service not present in this env).

## 3. Studio-canvas status: NOT ENABLED — org plan-gated (PROVEN)

- `GET /spaces/{65d977qqnrxh,sg5uvpm9m9k5}/enablements` → 200, `studioExperiences:{enabled:false}` (version 1 both).
- Definitive reversible probe: `PUT .../enablements` with `studioExperiences:{enabled:true}` → **HTTP 403** on BOTH spaces, verbatim body:
  `{"sys":{"id":"AccessDenied"},"message":"Forbidden","details":{"reasons":"Studio experiences are not available in this space or organization"}}` (`/tmp/enablements-put-cc.json`, `/tmp/enablements-put-aspen.json`).
- Conclusion: org-level entitlement gate on BB org `034bKO1Gtz7FI3HAgzdx6j` (free tier). Not a CMA-token scope issue. No state changed (both spaces re-verified `enabled:false`, version 1). Nothing was faked; the ExperienceType annotation / preview_environments were deliberately NOT applied.
- REQUIRED ACTION to unlock the drag-drop Studio canvas: upgrade the BB Contentful org to a plan with Studio/Experiences entitlement (or run Studio against a trial org). The `experience` content model + entries are already Studio-shaped (componentTree/dataSource/unboundValues/...), so the flip is content-compatible.

Both verified HTTP 200 at gallery build time (uptime 1h22m, detached ppid 1, started AFTER the env repoints so BB env is loaded). Note: `/smile` without trailing slash returns 308 → `/smile/`. Env files: `.env.local` in each repo points at the BB spaces/tokens; TAG originals preserved in `.env.local.tag-backup`.

## 5. Honest gaps

1. **CC scheduler funnel blank** below the hero at `/cc-scheduler-v2/` (registered interactive component doesn't mount in this env) — highest-value CC fix.
2. **CC first-look lead-capture form fields missing** (same registered-component class).
3. **Literal `/schedule/` route 404s** in this app — the scheduler experience lives at `/cc-scheduler-v2/`; a route alias/redirect would close it.
4. **why-clearchoice: 1 of 13 images didn't load** in the walk.
5. **Aspen footer "Click me"** Invoca placeholder (env-dependent — wwwstg runs the Invoca tag; still a visible defect here).
6. **Studio canvas blocked** — org plan entitlement (section 3, verbatim 403).
7. **Aspen content-type quota**: 3 content types (`adFooter`, `footerNavigationGroup`, `navigationLink`) blocked by the space's 49-content-type quota → 11 entries excluded (footer nav grouping degrades gracefully).
8. **CC endura-elite children**: 46 dataSource children of `76idmZqRPiz7hVAu5q67RF` exist only as TAG DRAFTS — CDA (published-only) cannot export them and no TAG CMA token exists; the entry itself IS published in BB (`v2/dental-implants-services/endura-elite` verified via CDA today).
9. **Render walk coverage**: 7 CC pages + Aspen home walked headed; the other published BB entries (GBB/solutions set etc.) carry yesterday's per-page fidelity-gate proofs (`~/tag-docs/cc-*-fidelity-20260821/`) but were not re-walked in this env today.
10. **`master` env empty in both BB spaces** — Testing only, by instruction.
11. Local URLs work only on this machine; the Cloudflare preview carries the screenshots, not the live apps.

## 6. Cloudflare Pages preview — LIVE

**https://smile-ideal-our-env.pages.dev/** — deployed 2026-08-22 via `wrangler pages deploy` (project `smile-ideal-our-env`, 38 files incl all captures). Verified HTTP 200 on `/`, `/STATUS.md`, and a full-size capture (`/captures/cc/home-1440.png`). Deployment id a0c5a3f4 (hash subdomain may take a few minutes to propagate; production domain is live now).
